Nothing at all - but the minimum pricing really only affects 'bargain basement' drinks of questionable quality - mainly drunk by people without the transport (or cash) to make a trip for a bulk purchase.

Nothing at all, in the same waythat people nip over to France/Belgium for their cheap fags/alcohol. Finland/Norway/Denmark is the same, apparently.
