I'm a bit nervous because I haven't done much preparing and I don't know how I'm going to answer the questions. Most of the answers will be almost bordering on a lie - like if I say a strengh of mine is communication skills then I am not great at communicating really but need to be for job. And if they ask me why do I want the job - because I am bored in my current job and I want a change and to have a customer facing role - I don't really like customers and I'm not good with them oh no!!

Rather than saying you're bored, say you've outgrown your old job and you want a new challenge, or you feel you're not using certain skills sufficiently and want an opportunity to use/develop them.

You can say that you would be good in dealing with customer issues, so focus on the problems you could solve for them rather than the actual customers. Even if you don't like customers, try and think of a time when you've smoothed a situation, come to a suitable compromise etc.
