woah that is an accusation and a half to make!

Perhaps they took a look at your CV and how you interviewed and decided you were not suitable

I've been to other companies if they're related or friends of the boss they keep if they do make mistakes

Abbey until you get rid of this 'everyone is out to get me' complex you are never going to settle in a job.

If I may be blunt - its about time you pulled up your big girl pants and grow up!

abbeylee- when you say "They've got someone else a friend of my supervisor "

Is that at the place where you're going for a 3 day trial? Is your trial going ahead?

I'm surprised you've earned enough holidays already at HB to get a week off, but at least it will mean you can focus on your care home trial.

I 've just logged in and am surprised that Abbey is on holiday next week, as she previously said "my leave got declined from HB"

also the care home had already told her to take "leave" (holiday ?) some time ago which she says she took

She is due at HB this afternoon unless she has "gone sick" or resigned, or been laid off.

My PI skills are confused 🤦‍♂️

I do, however, still wish you, Abbey, success soon.

Ditto from me.

14.31 hrs. Abbey logged in, so hope on her way for a 3pm start ?

Question Author

No it got declined ad rota been done.

Yeah I'm going to the trial if all goes well will need to change my hours in the care home.

Abbey, good luck with your trial. Wouldn't it be better to have full-time hours in the one place?

Question Author

I will if trial goes well and they offer full time hours

Thanks, Abbey - that sounds better than 'will need to change my hours'!

Question Author

Only if they only Monday to Wednesday

"Only if they only Monday to Wednesday "

Abbey, you make it very difficult for people to help when you write unclear replies like this one.

So your holiday request from HB was declined. So will you have to renege on your contract and let HB down next week when you go on the 3 day trial?

Question Author

No I requested a day off but was declined.

I got next week off from both jobs

I have to admit I'm struggling to follow this, so I'll just see what others say. It's a shame you don't check your posts are clear and that you don't answer some questions/requests for clarification, including mine.

I am equally confused as there are two conflicting statements from Abbey :

1 .My leave was declined (from HB)

2 .I got next week off (from both jobs)

Full time hours between Monday and Wednesday?
Um, Abbey, I think you need to sit down and think about what you want from a job.

Abbey/ It does surprise me that you can have a week off from HB after having only worked such a short time! Can you remember, please, to address the  person whose question you are answering - makes it easier all round.  eg/Floko ...

Question Author

Sorry but so many replies so no I can have time off from HB but not gained all holidays.

It would be Monday to Wednesday 9-4.30 so that's part time so would do care home Thursday and Friday.
