Truthfully do you think I'm being treated at the care home?

What do you mean, Abbey? 'Treated'? Did you mean 'treated fairly'? If so, we can't judge - we don't know how good or bad a worker you were when you first started, we don't know how good or bad a worker you are now.

Probably thought that it wasn't any business of anyone else.

Question Author

I mean by being short of cleaners allowing me to do a cleaning shift but won't give my hours back

If they felt the hours were too much for you, yes, they are being fair in not increasing them.

Abbey they took your hours from you for a reason, that reason was given as you couldn't cope.
it doesn't matter how many cleaners come and go. They are not going to give your hours back until you prove yourself.

now that to me would be do both jobs to a high degree without complaining.

Question Author

I have asked for more but won't give me any

🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

You need to face facts, abbey- the Care Home manager said you weren't up to the longer hours. Just like the previous job where you failed your probation- you felt hard done by but they had warned you that you lacked energy (or was that a previous job).

You have to look at what you can do, not blame others.Even at HB you're saying the other staff are cliquey/not friendly; but you have to make an extra effort.

You have to try to win the trust back at the care home and convince them to increase your hours- if you do a good job they might well offer more hours without you asking

Are you actually at HB? It seems not, as you have ignored helpful questions from me and NMA.

Two days off in succession so far..... I give up

Abbey/  How big is the Care Home where you work?  How many residents?  Is it all ground floor or do you have stairs, upper floors, etc. to clean?  On a normal day, how many cleaners are working in the Home?  You may have mentioned this before but I have forgotten.

Question Author

Not sure I feel singled out since it's been increased when I'm not cleaning.

Flocko I'm not in HB today

Nor tomorrow Abbey ?

Question Author

Haz it is a private care home not with 3 floors and and a coach house so there like over 100 residents

Question Author

Tomorrow yes

Thanks, Abbey.  How many cleaners and what size area do you cover?

" Not sure I feel singled out since it's been increased when I'm not cleaning.''

Sorry abbey but I don't understand that and I doubt others will. I think there may be ounctuation missing- the punctuation might change the meaning completely.
