But I did the jobs I use to do other day

Abbey, it's great if you're easily managing the 9 hours a week - but 30 hours might still be beyond you.

Question Author

Not really need something with more hours

Hi Abbey/  Just to change the subject for a moment  .. do you do anything special at Halloween?

Question Author

Not so much now

Stick at Home Bargains.

Do you get staff discount?  If so then think of what you can save on your Christmas shopping.

Only 10% in my store only

It gives some a warm glow and keeps the clicker counting, ZaM.

If you don't like it...just stay away

Or post your own ***...

Oooh. Someone's touchy.

Good of you to admit it.

Today, being Tuesday, Abbey does not work in the care home and she says she is not at HB today so that's a whole day not working at all.

That cannot be tiring so what's going on ?

It is actually none of your business why the cleaner is no longer in her job, so there is no reason for the supervisor to give you any information about it.

Question Author

Well no not today but when I do work both in a day

Abbey, even if you do both jobs in one day, you're still working fewer hours than most people. I know there's a little bit of travel time involved... but you knew that would be the case when you took the HB job.

Are you at HB tomorrow (Wednesday) pm ? care home is am

Question Author

Never I've never had 2 jobs if I wad doing one doiny with those hours I'm sure it would be fine.

So, are you at HB on Wednesday (tomorrow)?

Thanks, Abbey. Yes, you'll just need to show an employer that you are capable of doing a full week in whatever role you next find yourself. That might be easier now that you've found you quite enjoy cleaning/housekeeping. I'm sure you'd like some sort of steady employment, something permanent - and satisfying too, of course.
