Fighting for something you believe in ?

Is it?
It’s whatever you want it to be :-)
A new word some on here use when they don't get their own way?
Depends how it is used.

A lie can be a faragism. He told a lot of untruths, and anyone else doing the same can be liken to him.

Or

A hatred of Farage can be faragism as hatred of black people is racism.

Hope it doesn’t catch on. But people who bandy the equally naff word ‘wokeism’ will love it and use it incessantly.
I saw that word for the first time on here this morning. Did an ABer make it up?

I assume it means being cancelled for holding the 'wrong', 'un-woke', opinions - as Farage was.

Gromit 'Woke' is a good word. It explains a lot.
From Wiktionary

"Faragism (uncountable)

(UK politics, informal) The ideology, practice, philosophy and politics espoused by British nationalist autonomist sovereigntist politician Nigel Farage, the UK Independence Party (UKIP), and, the Brexit Party."

The page has been around since 25.12.2020 so the word is not a recent creation.
I copied and pasted so apologies for the odd formatting...
Thanks Corby.
....it's where an old bloke encourages young orphan boys to go out and pick pockets etc.

Think it's a spin off from Johnsonism.

I am none the wiser - it is either a liar or somebody who stands up for what they believe in, apparently.

What is wrong with using traditional words with clear meanings referenced in an English dictionary, in the correct order to make a point?
but mainly used in a derogatory way...
someone used it here to talk about censorship of views... I think they meant Couttsism
