You’re stressed because you’ve got exams coming up. It’s normal. Take a couple of ibuprofen or paracetamol for your headaches. Remind yourself you’ve studied hard and all the stuff you need is in the brain. Try to relax with breathing exercises, a walk, cycle ride, warm bath.
Have you had your eyes tested?
You have a lot going on - the anniversary of your Father's death, bullying and exams.

Stress is almost inevitable, you need to learn ways to calm yourself, that will help the tense muscles causing actual pain.

Good luck in the exams.

Thank you for the advice!

Firstly ensure that you know well in advance when your exams are and start working towards them at least a month (and I do mean at least a month...more would be better) before they are going to happen. If you have revised thoroughly and understand all parts of the course you will be examined in you have no need to get stressed....and you won't. Make sure you get enough sleep in the lead up to your exams because last minute all night revision will give you head aches! A couple of aspirin and a good nights sleep will sort all your problems out!
7 questions posted here in one day? Maybe concentrating on your actual work would help you a) avoid headaches and b) pass your exams.......just a thought!!!

Thank you all. I promise to actually ask actual people face to face instead of constantly asking on this website. Instead I'll answer questions. I'll, from now on, only ask questions on this website once in a blue moon
you carry on asking questions.
That's how we ALL learn, not just the person who is asking the question.

Getting your eyes tested is a good idea.

Good luck with the exams
