An estate agent was dismayed when a brand new agency, much
like his own, opened up next door and erected a huge sign
which read ‘BEST ESTATE AGENTS.’

He was even more horrified when another competitor opened up
on his other side, and announced its arrival with an even larger
sign reading ‘LOWEST COMMISSIONS.’


The original estate agent started to panic about the competition
until he came up with a bright idea.



He put the biggest sign of all over his own office. It read: ‘MAIN ENTRANCE’
