Knot Holes In New Shed.

I have a new shed that has quite a few knot holes. Any idea how best to stop the driving rain getting in..please.

The traditional way is to fill the knot holes with wood putty but epoxy resin seems to be favoured these days:

(That link refers to sanding to a smooth surface but that shouldn't be necessary for shed walls).
If you're talking about holes where the knot has fell out then stick a piece of wood, on the outside if you can, big enough to cover the hole.
Take the shed back to where you bought it .Okay there are knots (pieces of branches ) is most woods but if this effects the use of the said shed I’d be back with it or at least that particular section .
