Amongst my junk mail today I had a flyer from a cremation company claiming Customers rated them on Trustpilot as 4.9 out of 5.

My burning question (pun intended) is how - do Heaven and Hell have internet connections ?

lots of these ratings are about how customers were dealt with when signing up with the company or (maybe) from relatives who felt they got good service for the deceased.
