Report the incident to your local news paper, get them involve. I'm sure they'd like a 'beefy' story. .

cheers guys. i've offered to go to the papers and they don't seem to care.
i've put 3 enquiries forward on their website but have yet had no response.
its not that i only use maccys a little bit as i prefer real food like burger king but its what happened when i did go and return my only cheese 1/4 lb burger as it had sauces and onions on it when receipt said only cheese. basically after a little discussion they say i returned later and said i would put the windows through "WHICH IS UNTRUE" and the next day the police called to have a word as they didn't want to take it further. The franchisee doesn't want to look at CCTV to prove it wasn't me but is gonna believe the word of his manager over CCTV then i think the powers that be , whoever that is needs to be informed as i will fight for my apology letter off the manager , the franchisee and off the officer who called.
what a load of hassle. No wonder the papers don't care. Just chalk it up to experience and leave it
As I said, the best of luck to you, don't let them get away with it.
I wasn't judging you by your use of McD btw - just my personal opinion of *them* (not their customers).

I've just given my kids their dinner, including loads of fresh veggies.
What a lousy mother I must be.

what i meant by proper food was summat filling.... mcd's doesn't fill.
i not done anything yet regarding my complaint except go through management, now head office (ceo details above). will take it from there but not gonna lie down and let them accuse me of summat i didn't when they got police involved also...
summat??? Lets hope your email to them was written with better grammar than that, otherwise they are just going to laugh at it. In all honesty I really dont think you are going to get far with any complaint.
they made an honest mistake with your food order and you went to all the trouble of giving out your address? That sounds like you went in a bit heavy handed, as you seem to be doing now as well
Question Author
redcrx, they don't have my address they have my number as the manager was very abusive towards me when i took my food back and i didn't get an exchange to the correct order, instead i got a refund and was told she wouldn't be serving me and could i f@ck off away from the counter. this is how they got my number
so the police PHONED you??

i still cant imagine anyone giving their phone number to a store manager to has been so abusive.
''as i prefer real food like burger king''

lmao...
