My eldest boy loves the stuff but he is only home in the holidays.
I have a jar in the fridge which he opened in September and it's still fine.
Your nose should tell you if it's not!

Thanks guys

I think I might err on the side of caution and maybe just use it for about 2 weeks at the most. It's the same with mayonnaise - I am never sure how long to keep it.
