Last year I made a starter and I can't find the recipe. I lined ramekins with cling film and then lined with slices of smoked salmon. I then filled them with some sort of filling (including cream cheese I think) and then I folded over the slices of smoked salmon and chilled. They turned out great - can anyone help with this dish ?
