If you mean non-alcoholic, Parkwyddn, you could try substituting in (fizzy) grape juice for the wine. Mind you it is a lot sweeter.

alcoholic version: bottle of dry white wine, bottle of vodka, carton of fruit juice, dilute to taste with lemonade enjoy!
