a labradoodle who was gorgeous - and killed by a neighbour's maniac son driving far too fast in the local neighbourhood - as around 50 mph in a 20 area, late for school that he was.

then my mother's cat, a farm cat that I nicknamed 'The Princess Royal' for her love of luxury and aloofness. she was around 22 when she snuffed it.

I have one Tabby cat. He's 13 1/2 years old. I can't imagine life without him now. He's like one of my children. Funny thing, I never used to like cats. My Father hated them and used to get our dog to chase any cat that dare walk on his vegetable garden. It was only when my Mum died, my daughter thought it a good idea to get me a kitten. I fell in love instantly.
