Mugs - How Many??

Just unloading dishwasher and just about got the final clean mugs into cupboard, then decided to count actually how many mugs we have. 32!! Seriously there’s only two of us!! Anyone have more?? Lol. Humour me and go and count x

4 "normal" ones and 4 super sized ones. So 8. I live alone and rarely use more than 2.

I do have a Lady Di royal wedding mug on display along with a 1977 Silver Jubilee Queen's mug.

I live alone, have 20 mugs (that I can see without taking them out of the cupboard) & use one for everything as it holds 15 fl oz, which is just right.

I really need a new mug.

I just counted 19. But about 8 are used as decorative plant containers.
I love pottery, so I'm always on the lookout for interesting or pretty ones.

Without counting about the same of all shapes and sizes and then 8 that match the everyday tableware!!

Oh i am not counting hubby's Spurs & cricket mugs. There are about 8 of them still in boxes.

Here's an idea.

Throw some away. There must be some with chips, cracks, badly faded or referring to long forgotten birthdays.

Did some of them come with Easter eggs in them?

8 here.Including four of the large sized ones that Sports Direct used to give away for free.

2 of us and 16 in use ( everyday ones ) 4 on the shelf (tractor ones!!! that belong to hubby) And 4 royal albert old country roses ones in the cupboard that have never been used. Time for a clear out!!

I have more holding stuff than for drinking, I have about 25 for drinking, and on top of that I have one 12 place setting tea service, and eight other tea cups and saucers, and two coffee sets..... I think I need to send some to the charity shop.

All of which were gifts so although often used, I keep them away from clumsy idiots.
