My diet always starts on Monday and promptly ends on Tuesday ;-)

That's sounds just the job, ILM.
Even though I say it myself Lady, I make a mean minced beef and onion pie. My little nieces love it!
Back to the drawing board, Mr B said I’d taken the chicken from the freezer too late ( he cooks) and it won’t defrost

I had one from the farmshop recently, ILM, and it was lovely.
Soak the chicken in cold water it will defrost more quickly

Calmck, I don’t really like hurrying the process of defrosting , especially with poultry
Fish and chips with mushy peas and homemade tartare sauce from a local caterer who normally does parties etc but has branched out during lockdown.Tried them once before and they were excellent- plus no cooking for me :-))

Well, its still 30 degrees here, so salad for us with a few new potatoes from the garden.
I am having salmon which is marinating in lemon juice & coriander. Served with baby potatoes and salad.
Followed by wine then vodka tonics over ice.

Leftover brisket, spicy wedges, sprouts & gravy.
