I once sent someone some wine. I called the Victoria wine near where they lived and asked if they would deliver, and they said they could do this. Why not check yellow pages and call a few offies local to the person you want to send to andsee if they do something similar?

Last one, try http://www.cairnomohr.co.uk Their web shop is off line I think at present, but read the tasting notes, print off the order form from the site and go for the Strawberry Sparkling wine. It is the better than the absolute dogs b's. Good price and beats a cheap champagne anytime.
