Doing anything special tonight?
We’re not, just having an M&S beef and ale pie, potato dauphinois from the same source, and a big pan of sprouts. Maybe a mini Hagendaz for afters.
Then we shall sit in front of the telly imbibing a couple of cocktails while we watch tonight’s offerings before hitting the sack once the fireworks have finished.

Not much, using left over chicken to make a stir fry. Then on to the heavy stuff!!

Most of mine have also had a bit of a virus/tonsillitis type thing recently. I'm doing paella, as it is easy to eat.

Seems to have been truffle crisps, Xmas pudding, brandy butter, and half a bottle of cider.
Anne - It's mainly just the two of us now but my daughter phoned a few days ago saying she was ill and my son popped round earlier and he's ill. So 4 out of 5. My youngest son came home from work, took a look at us, and went straight out.
M&S chicken layers and wedges two hours ago. I didn't want anything but Mrs T had cooked it so . . . . .

Tomorrow she is planning a pork joint with the full hit.
Oh dear, lots of food knocks me out:-(

AND she has bought rhubarb crumble for afters :-)
Cheese and crackers for me, with an iced cinnamon bun for afters.
