I`ve just looked at the forecast and it's going to be sunny on Christmas Day. Is it only me who doesn't like a sunny Christmas Day? Just doesn't seem very Christmassy.

Was saying similar to bus stop earlier today. We agreed it's much milder than it usually has been at this time of year too.
Your right imo, we seem to have a lot more Christmas day's like that than White ones.
Doesn't bother me.
More like the original story.

Is it a sign??!!

Gosh, I hadn't thought of that :)
Is it a sign??!!

Ohhhhhh
Nice for those going for walks I guess, better than grey and drizzly.

I like grey, murky and drizzly - I do come from the South West though..
Ah.
Christmas day should be bright, crisp and cold.
Dank and drizzly is awful...to me anyway.
And I live in the southwest...but come from much further West. ;)
♫ you should know the score by now, she's a native New Yorker ♫

I`ve only ever seen snow on Christmas Day once, on Exmoor about 20+ years ago. A white Christmas would have been lovely but it's never going to happen.
A white Christmas would have been lovely but it's never going to happen.

It is a rare occurrence, the bookies make a fair few quid on it every year.
I'll probably be heading to the seaside, to watch loads of nutters jumping into the sea, on Christmas Day. Sunny weather means that there will be more nutters there and more people watching them, adding to the fun atmosphere.

So I'm all for a bit of sunshine!
i don;t mind at all, have friends popping in so
for them its better to have a cold crisp day than a snowy one..
What about the people that live in the southern hemisphere where it's summer at the mo??

It's currently approx 22 deg C in Sydney at the mo .... I can't imagine them ever having seen a white Xmas down there lol :P
A perfect white Christmas: The cottony clouds; the breaking surf; the shady umbrellas; the lazing lounges; and the frothy head on a shaken pina-colada...Oh yes!: https://www.earthcam.com/world/anguilla/meadsbay/?cam=meadsbay_hd
And if you watch closely you'll see guys in white shirts and white hats patrolling the beach serving the aforementioned pina-coladas and other sundry drinks. I tell ya, white, white everywhere...Bliss.
