Friday. the weekend beckons to the workers amongst us. Some work the weekend of course.

It's chucking it down here at the moment, it looks like it likes it here and wants to stay. Oh well, wet weather gear when I go out then.

Suffering from a leg injury at the moment! Not serious, but it is taking a while to stop hurting, and walking is very difficult.

Not good. How did you damage it?

It was strange. I pulled a muscle when dancing. The pain etc. has been out of all proportion to the mode of injury!
But then I've had a lot of weird things like that happening these last three years!

no they just come when they feel like it, sometimes i feel like i am suffocating, perhaps that's the heavy duty duvet i have on the bed.......
