If I remember rightly:-

1. if a played ball goes into the crowd is there a penalty ? No penalty, the ball is played from where it lies (unless it is out of bounds or ground under repair.

2. if a spectator were to kick said ball onto the green what is the penalty ? If a ball at rest is moved by an outside agency, there is no penalty and the ball must be replaced.

3.if said ball hit spectator on head then bounce into the whole is that a legal shot ? Yes

4. if a spectator treads on the ball and bury,s it what should happen ? The ball should be lifted to identify it, then dropped no nearer the hole.

5. if a spectator steels the ball as a souvenir what should happen ? See 2 above, but at a major championship, there are too many spectators to give one the opportunity to steal a ball. At Augusta, they would be ejected from the course and never be allowed to return.

6. if an animal were to pick the ball up a put it into the hole what should happen ? See 2 above.

7. if an animal runs or flies off with the ball what should happen ? See 2 above, with a new ball if the original was not retrieved.
