I love my own home made marmalade but have run out as I could not get many Seville oranges this year, is there any tips out there
that would give marmalade made from ordinary oranges that Seville taste?

Alternatively buy some homemade by someone else, at one of the many Christmas fetes or farm shop stalls about at the moment. you'd be supporting a local charity at the same time!
Buy some Mamade , which is pure oranges, already cooked, and cut up. All you do is add the sugar, some water and boil for about 15 minutes. We love adding chopped crystallised ginger into it just before it is finishing cooking. Always use it now, and the marmalade is just scrummy

Thank you, both good plans, I always thought mamade would be cheating but have heard it is good before so might give it a go.
Use Mamade - but add a couple of thinly sliced pink grapefruit (and a good drop of whisky too, if you fancy) - you may need a bit more sugar - but that's to taste.
