Banana Icecream

I made some over the weekend. Absolutely delicious.
All you need is a banana. Chop into chunks, freeze then put in a processor. It jumps about a bit, then goes to crumbs then to a superb cream. Either eat it then or put back in the freezer. If you like bananas you will love this.
