I've got loads of bananas left over. Anyone know a good icecream recipe (hopefully that has greek yoghurt in also as I've got lots of that too!).
Thanks.

Peel the banana.
Cut it in half.
Put an ice cream stick in the cut end.
Lay on a cookie sheet.
Freeze them.

Melt chocolate chips or your favorite chocolate or white chocolate or butterscotch or caramel.
Dip the frozen bananas in the chocolate, etc.
Roll them in coconut or sprinkles or toffee bits or whatever you like.
Lay them back on the cookie sheet and freeze them again.
Put them in a covered container.
Use as needed.
I dont know if you can substitute Greek yogurt in these recipes - you can be the judge :)

No Drip Ice Pops
INGREDIENTS
235 ml boiling water
1 (3 ounce) package fruit flavored gelatin mix
1 banana
235 ml plain yogurt
DIRECTIONS
Combine boiling water and gelatin in a blender and pulse until gelatin is dissolved. Blend in banana until smooth, then blend in yogurt. Pour mixture into popsicle molds or small, plastic drinking cups and freeze until hard. (If using drinking cups, freeze until firm, insert popsicle sticks, then freeze completely.)

Thanks will give them a go. Particularly like the lolly idea - hadn't thought of doing something like that.
