I have just put together a dish of dauphinoise potatoes and nearly added a tub of vanilla yogurt instead of cream. Phew!

The crackling would be fine, the (homemade) apple sauce a bonus.....any veg like some al dente French green beans.....?
Roasted parsnips, beetroot or chicory would be nice too.......
And a good Rioja or Bordeaux..........
