Yesterday I made a dish of daupinoise potatoes to go with the lamb. There was loads left over. Can I warm it up for tonight's meal, sort of bubble and squeaky?

I somehow thought the creme fraiche would 'go off'
yum tilly, any left, and cold lamb too - love it......

did you see Michel Roux's shepherds pie on the British cooking programme.... that looked lush and he used Tommy K as his secret ingredient with the cold lamb....

No DTC, I missed that. I hate tomato ketchup, though. I wouldn't put it in my food. I can't stand the smell of it.
