What's Happened?

Can't remember their names.
It was discussed by our genial ABers who wanted him flogged at the mast, hung drawn and quartered and thrown into a cell and the key thrown away.
A dastardly deed upon a defenseless innocent pupil who was naive enough to succumb to his vicious sexual advances.

I don't believe everyone was of that opinion Sqad!!

I think it is awaiting a court date!! - my biggest issue with is was he was in a position of trust and should not have succumbed to temptation until his professional relationship with her was at an end.

He's repenting at leisure and has the prospect of a prison sentence hanging over him. She will have forgotten him, I'd say.

He appeared in Lewes Crown Court on Friday charged with child abduction.

I don't know about the girl; I suspect the reason that it has gone quiet is because of the pending proceedings. Because she is a minor, the press won't report anything further about her.

I thought that she had been named by the media at the time...

I presume as she's a minor she can't be named now due to a pending court case.
When she was missing, the media would name and identify her to help in finding her. (I think)

She was named by the media at the time. But there is now a Court Order in place preventing any further publishing of her name or any details which might identify her. Thus she will not be named in any future articles unless the Order is lifted.
