I have a whole pack of sausages to use up today. I don't want to do toad-in-the-hole or sausage n mash, so any other suggestions?

so do i, i may have to visit a sausage ship on the way home....
we are having toad in the hole and roast potatoes for tea!!! mr kicker's yorkshire pud rises so well, last time it got stuck to the top of the oven. it's my second favourite meal....after bacon and onion pudding with carrot and swede mash and roast spuds. with lashings of gravy....of course! enjoy your meal, snowball x
What the hell is a sausage ship ??
Remove the skins and break the meat into little nuggets, fry in some olive oil until golden. Add some garlic and chilli and cook for a couple of minutes. Stir in some Dijon or wholegrain mustard, double cream and about 200ml of chicken stock. Simmer for 5 mins. Cook some pasta and mix the sauce through the pasta. :)
a sausage ship?

Got to ask, where do they berth?
Damn, street vendor of sausages has just finished for today, super large frankfurters @£1.40

Yum!!
Cook 'em all up, let them go cold, sausage sarnies for work/lunch tomorrow.
What Mazie said only with chilles in it. I had some last night ,cos I had sausage, chorizo and chicken to use up. Added garlic, onions and tomatoes and some chickpeas and beans. Delish and lush to boot. Had the leftovers in two wraps for lunch.

Some good facts there alba.

Thanks for all the replies guys - whatever I do tonight I will definitely do the other recipes in future - think we need to start an AB recipe book.
Sausage n mash

Brown sausages, remove from pan.
Soften some onions - then add some chopped bacon.
Add some chopped mushrooms.
Stir in some plain flour and then add some beef stock and about half a bottle of red. Boil and thicken.
Add a tbs of Branston and a good shake of worcestershire sauce. Season. Simmer gently for anything from between and hour and 3.

Serve with mustardy mash.
lol

although i do like the idea of a sausage ship, think one would get up the canal? i could have it berth outside my house :-)
Mmm... Sausage meat and onion... My mum makes this to add extra tobroast dinner when not much meat. Some paxo in it too is lovely x
I usually end up making sausage rolls to snack on. The sausage meatballs sound nice though mazie.
Thanks gran. I hope you're keeping well?
Ive got the answer! Cook them all up, let them get cold then leave them in the fridge. Youll soon see them doing a disappearing act! They grow legs! Strange that! lol
Freeze em
I`d take all the sausage meat out of the skin, freeze it and use it to stuff the turkey at christmas.
