Which cocktail is made up thus : one sugar cube, a dash of Angostura bitters and a teaspoon of water in a glass and stir. Add two fluid ounces of American whisky and two ice cubes and stir again. Add a twist of lemon and orange, a cocktail cherry and servr with a swizzle stick. The glass is named after the cicktail.
