I find it good to know that fire engines seem to be equipped with animal oxygen masks. It shows that the fire service recognise that, when attending house fires, it's important to remember that pets are 'family members' to many people.

My dad always used to say that firemen spending time saving animals or rescuing cats from wherever was a waste of their time,

But Firemen are normal people too and each of these rescues gives them more experience. The RSPCA doesn't work in my country but nobody every has a good thing to say about them.

I bet the fox will be glad to get back to the wife and kids.
