surly losing my freedom is punishment enough and I should be allowed to keep my tv do you agree ?

please answer my last question ?
if I am going to behave in the future and have learned my lesson from being punished last weekend, surly I can be let off the next 2 weekends yes?
punishment is to deter future bad behaviour, if I am going to behave then I don't need to be punished agree ?
But there is nothing to guarantee that you 'will' behave.
Last time you were being punished you were plotting how to get yourself to a party you had been forbidden to attend.
And trying to get there is the reason for your present punishment.
As I have said nope don’t agree
No. You'll probably try and steal more vodka, to take to another party.
Your parents must have a lot of patience to put up with you.
You're a thief and a disrespectful daughter. Punishment fits the crime.

I cannot believe anyone really took RockRoses comment seriously!!
But you mange to use the Internet ok!

I promise I have learned my lesson I just want to be let off of punishment, and I have also found out at school that my friends are going bowling this Saturday how can I go if I am locked up ?
its not fair punishment STINKS ?
why cant I just be let off ?
Ummmm, I took RR's comment as seriously as I took MM's (at 18.14) - ie not at all!
Becky, there's a big hurdle to your 'if I'm going to behave...' It didn't work last time.
Not the brightest jewel in the crown are you .... ?
I think it's fair to say that I don't take ANY of RR's posts seriously and haven't done so in quite some time...
To ease your boredom how about coming up with some new and exciting ways to use sweetcorn?

I lurve Sweetcorn ;o)
Oh for goodness' sake, child, take some responsibility. Your behaviour has caused your parents' reaction.
Stop whining and learn your lesson. Prove to your parents that you can be trusted and be thankful that they love you enough to try to keep you safe.
Have you considered asking for a ball and chain?

You would be half way to the bowling date then ...
*Snort*..Nice one, Choux.
Strange how one of the pseudo child psychologists who lecture us on child correction and discipline, very prominent, on the French coach driver thread, seems quite muted on how to deal with this particular complaint. The juvenile has continuously complained of her treatment time and time again on this site. What can one suggest to the parents?
Depends who you mean, Retro?
Maybe the person you refer to can see this thread for what it actually is.

But then, why let that stop a bit of taunting by bringing other threads into the equation.

If your parents gave you a smack round the ear because of your constant misbehaviour and indiscipline and then lifted the grounding and lock up and told you never to misbehave again. What would you prefer?
This is becoming tedious in the extreme. If ever a thread was ripe for closing this is it.
