as you all know I have been sentenced to 3 weekends imprisonment by my parents for sneaking out to a party, I am only on punishment at weekends because I go to school, this coming weekend I will be locked in my room again, my parents let me keep my pc and tv last time, now they have said I will lose ALL forms of entertainment, I am going to go mad I will be bored out of my head, all I am asking is PLEASE PLEASE can I keep my tv, my parents said no ( SCHOOL BOOKS ONLY )
surly losing my freedom is punishment enough and I should be allowed to keep my tv do you agree ?

She could always phone Childline
"//Also only bread and water for 48 hours//

What is this, the dark ages??"

Well that came from a law enforcement officer we are led to believe.
Perhaps the wardress of Newgate Gaol :-0
well..how about a tv tuned into one of those heavy duty 24 hour religious channels only....sound fixed very high.... wouldn't that be nice for you ?
Becky call this number it is free and they will help you.
1-800-932-0313
its a real number for child-line and they will listen to your concerns.
Locking anyone up in a room in this day and age, for whatever reasons are unacceptable and achieves nothing in the long run.

It says in the dictionary that a punishment is something to deter future wrongdoing, but if I am NOT going to do it again why do I have to spend another 2 weekends locked in my room ?
WHY CANT I JUST BE LET OFF ?
as for what do I think should be an ideal punishment, I don't know but it shouldn't be locked in my room, as I don't like being confined, and at weekends is when I want to go out not be caged
Well, have a think about your ideal punishment.
Concentrate on what it *should* be, not on what it *shouldn't* be.
So maybe an ideal punishment would be manual labour not being confined away?
Jesus some people are stupid!
Maybe you should make an offer to your parents, tell them you’ll do the house work, you know.. your washing, their washing, ironing, cleaning of the kitchen, maybe even go to the extent of washing their car/s? Not sure on the situation but they’re basic family requirements, cook, clean, maintenance. Offer those skills daily in exchange for one day of ‘no punishment’ and try get it on the weekend
Looking at the OP's other questions - has anyone thought that this might be a wind up ?
I'm sure many have, Baz....
But I suppose we have to treat it as if it might be true. After all, Mollykins was a real person....LoL
I'm sending a small rock hammer and poster of Rita Hayworth, the rest is up to you Bex.

Essentially you want to do what you want to do with no hinderance from your parents?
