I suspect there will be a pregnancy announcement in the not-too-distant future, as the happy couple have intimated that starting a family will be top of their agenda.

I think she'll drop her American roots very quickly, she may become very very British in her style. Their children born while the Queen's still alive will have different titles from those born when Charles accedes, can't recall the reasons, something to do with being closer related to Charles than HM.
Unless the Queen decides differently, none of Harry's children will be royal until his father ascends the throne, when they will automatically become HRH.
