I'm having leftovers - some Boerworst, Mashed Spuds and Gravy given the "stick it in a pan and fry for a bit" treatment.

I might risk a very small glass of last night's Viognier too. Actually I'd like a large glass but the bottle seems unexpectedly empty ...

Beetroot & Walnut hummus with crudités and croutes
Slow cooked tomatoes on sour dough crostini spread with green olive tapenade

Squash and apricot tagine
Harissa roast potatoes
Cabbage stirfried with cumin and garlic and finished with preserved lemon and coriander
Moroccan leek salad
Sweet potato, romanesco and barley salad.
