According to Simon Clader (The Independent’s travel correspondent) over 100,000 Brits could lose their holiday – another Brexit benefit.

Halleluiah, praise the Lord

This is regurgitated Brexit bashing.  Still, anything is better than nothing, eh hymie?

And don’t forget, your passport will need to be valid for at least 3 months from the date of your return.

We know.  This has been discussed before.

Yet again you try to blame Brexit for something that is an EU reaction to a member state having the gall to leave them. In any case it is up to the individual to check all is well, although one may have hoped this was made clear to them during the booking process.

And once British passport holders require a visa to visit EU countries, I reckon more than 100,000 will lose their holiday (they, still thinking they could travel freely, as they have done for over 40 years).

Hopefully they will then be thinking, who would have been stupid enough to vote for Brexit?

I hope the EU hoteliers are taking a real bashing from the reduction in UK visitor numbers! Damn savages...

If you 'reckon' it must be right then.

You posted exactly about this in August last year, again with your usual  revelling in any suffering people experience that you can blame on Brexit.

In searching your profile it was harder to find than expected because you have so many threads with the word Brexit in. It is obsessive, you need to move on for your own peace of mind.

Bang on Prudie.

> Yet again you try to blame Brexit for something that is an EU reaction to a member state having the gall to leave them

Just to be clear, the EU changed nothing. The EU have rules for members, e.g. Ireland, and different rules for non-members, e.g. the USA. The UK voluntarily changed from being a member to being a non-member, and this is one of the consequences of that.

Hymie The Brexiteers on here don't like it up em do they although Brexit has done more Harm to Britain than Thatcher managed to do

oh Hymie you old jokester ! - all it means is that many many more Brits can get a lovely blue passport much earlier than anticipated !

By logic therefore Brexit harmed Britain more than Hitler did. Nice.

If you 'reckon' it must be right then.

gawd blimey hymie ! Naomi AGREES with you !

( yes yes I am aware the irony klaxon is blaring and in such unexpected circumstances!) -  mornin' Naomi !

By logic therefore Brexit harmed Britain more than Hitler did. Nice. - I have missed the intervening bits in that argument. Can you er remind me?

No sympathy from me for those that don't renew in time. Hasn't it always worked this way for travel to non EU countries?

But if it's still making the national news how is that hymie fault?

PP it was on a long thread, removed yesterday

Of course it should be in the news, as we approach holiday season people need to be reminded - but not that's it another brexit benefit halleluja. That's the rub Hymie gets off on.

PP 08.39. Sock it to em! Lol 🤣.
