Ah the Duchess of Sussex in the news again they cannie get enough can they!
Good thing she didn't pay for the party then isn't it?
Sparklyone - is your duelling banjos/guitars still on youtube?
It's lovely they donated the flowers.

The whole event came to £380,000 thank lawd it was privately funded
Nice little carbon footprint left over the sky just for a baby shower.
That's showbiz folks and all the raz ma taz that goes with it.
So she sent some blooms to a ruddy hospital. Obviously never heard of Interflora.
Yes nice to give the flowers away, and not anyone's business what she spends her own money on doing something culturally relevant to her. Jealousy is a horrible thing and the purpose of all that fake admiration for her generosity on giving the flowers away in the press is only an underhand way of criticising her for spending half a million dollars on her baby shower.
I think it’s time for the baby to arrive
She shouldn’t be swanning of all over the place.
Jordy you know it doesn't work like that, don't you? ;)
And calicogirl don’t argue with me over this I have my sources,OK -;)

Id not write the article, just found it interesting.
No I know Sparkly but it's a common press ploy with people they can't be seen to be directly attacking, point something minor out whilst dropping the bombshell that will really get everyone talking. I hate the gutter press :/
The daily mail does love to stir up trouble where none exists...honestly why is this even in a paper? It is like a playground nasty stirring up the pot.....
It's good exposure for the company that redistributes these flowers granted, far better than them simply being disposed of.

This was my favourite image.

It's typical Daily Mail "journalism".
...but a very nice gesture from her. Flowers are a luxury...more so for the sick or those who are vulnerable.
I kno Mally, she didn't pay for the party or the flights - they were gifts from her friends! - still doesn't stop the nasty comments towards her!
Didn't know you were allowed flowers in hospitals this day and age with all the hyper sensitivity.
Do people exspect anything less from the royals? I mean common they're celebrating the pregnancy of a potential heir to the British thrown.
what hyper sensitivity?
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/1427973/Hospitals-ban-flowers-from-wards.html

The Bromley Hospitals NHS Trust, which is responsible for the Princess Royal University Hospital, tells visitors: "Please do not bring flowers as most wards and intensive-care areas do not allow them because procedures for controlling infections in some areas are very strict

^ that kinda thing
Sensitivity to infection or disease not emotion
