Being cold!
My legs, feet and hands are like permanent lumps of ice.
I wear layers and blankets, hot water bottles and have the heating on.
It’s really getting to me!

Look on the bright side. Spring will be here soon. Our snowdrops are flowering and our early flowering Japanese azelea is budding. :-)

I have 2 of them DTC one on the bed one on the sofa, even with the heat on I have cold legs an hour later.
Tilly instead of a hug can I have a rub of my legs?

I also always feel the cold and use a heated blanket in the evenings. On Monday I had to scrape ice off the INSIDE of my windscreen before I could drive - and I live in the balmy South West!

Movement is the key to warmth I've found.

Poor circulation, had it all my long life, I don't think there's much to be done I'm afraid but our tame medic may have a tip or two.

Yes we've had a heavy frost every morning this week. Like 237 I liked it before Xmas but it needs to stop now, the garden plants are taking a right hammering. I'm worried some won't recover.

Have you checked your blood pressure recently? Hypertension can lead to increased sensitivity to cold (and, indeed, to increased sensitivity to heat as well).

I go between freezing cold and burning hot. I'm told it's something to do with EDS hypermobility. My thermostat doesn't work properly! My hands remain cold whatever the weather.
