Nooo! seriously need to know and it's not any of those! :o(
er ... no, it is dwarfism - the medical term for a person of short stature
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dwarfism

This gives further information...................
you don't mean Achondroplasia do you? It's one cause of dwarfism?
Achondroplasia is a form of dwarfism.
errr, try wiki, you might find something on there...
Question Author
Ahh wasn't that but the link did give the thing I was looking for- Achondroplasia, 9which is a form of dwarfism to be fair) got a bit confused with the start of the word!
also benny, i don't get it - what is so funny about dwarfism?
Question Author
thanks hc! your answer wasn't there when I submitted the last one!
Question Author
and bednobs, thankyou too!
bedknobs... did you read the question, it says it begins with andro.
I think Benny is laughing because the question setter said it begins with andro and you suggested dwarfism, which couldn't have been more wrong really.
hmm, apart from it being right, i can see where you are coming from when you say "it couldn't be more wrong"
dont worry, im not havin a dig at you bedknobs, it just made me chukle thats all. :-)
How does "dwarfism" start with andro? Even android would have been closer.
oh.. hold tight.. it never started with andro anyway!

and I'm short (5'3½).. am I a dwarf? I think not!
