I bought my friend an accupressure ring which you wear on your little finger to stop you snoring. He says that he can't get to sleep with the ring on. Is there any reason for this or is it psychological? I suppose he's not snoring if he's awake - therefore the ring is doing its job!

Is it his little finger he's wearing it on?

Seriously, it might be worth his while investigating WHY he is snoring, which can come from a number of causes. Then he may be able to tackle the problem more directly
