Dotty, I observed a woman returning a pair of shoes whilst waiting for a pair of Dr Martens to make their way up to the till at a well known shoe shop who seems to think you can't carry the shoes to the till yourself.. anyway, this woman, the shoes had clearly been worn (for several years looking at the state of them) but she insisted they were only days old and she'd worn them only once - How can people be so cheeky? I just stood there looking something like this.... 8oO I really don't know how you put up with customers like that!
