I am in such a good mood!

I am up staying with my mother for a few days whilst my father tries to recapture his youth on the Isle Of Man.

I've just made the most amazing salad and now I'm going to watch a movie.

Living leaves, crispy bacon, avocado, red onion, green beans, goats cheese, toasted pinenuts, fresh mint, walnut oil, lemon juice and crushed garlic. Served slightly warm and drizzled all over with balsamic reduction.
