My shoulder is forever dislocating, it got so bad that about 15 years ago I had a op on it [putti platt] to give it more stability. It's started to play up again recently. Any ideas how i can strengthen the righht muscles?

Not sure where you are posting from, but go and see a sports physiotherapist. You may be able to get this through your doctor or medical insurance or you may have to pay for it. a visit costs about �40 in the southern UK. Ask your doctor to reccommend one.
