Hey babe,

seems to me you are eating pretty well. nothing in your diet seems to be bad and the fact that you're having home made food is probably a major help. for me just by havin salad for lunch helped me lose loads of weight (and I'm hardly exercising). think your on a pretty good diet. have you seen any results yet hun? keep it up and i'm sure you'll get a big smile on your face!!

That diet is fine, sam, so long as you vary it. Just remember the following to sustain a healthy diet:-

- exercising 1st thing in the morning kick-starts your metabolism which can speed up weight loss.
- your 5 portions of fruit/veg per day should be mixed (aim for 3 veg/2 fruit) and cant just be fruit, as some people think! Invest in a juicer if you can, and use it daily.
- the smallest meal in your day should be dinner.
- remember that your body needs calcium, vitamins a/bs/c/d/e/k, phosphorus, magnesium, protein, fat, carbohydrates, iron, zinc, folic acid, potassium, water etc. etc. Find out how much of these you require on a daily basis and in which foods they can be found. If you can achieve that youre sorted!
