It says a lot about whom the NHS is prepared to hire & just how qualified they are to practice medicine.

I think many of these foreign doctors have dodgy uncheckable medical degrees.

He should be sacked and prosecuted...if it was a white person saying this about muslims etc the police would have descended on him/her by the van load and arrested him for a hate crime....

bazwillrun. The whole absurdity of the very idea of 'hate crime' was brought into being by the Muslim community itself, by pressure on the government by the likes of the Muslim Brotherhood.

It's a one-way street though & doesn't work against anyone else.

The CPS ruling is ; "Any criminal offence which is perceived by the victim or any other person, to be motivated by hostility or prejudice, based on a person's disability or perceived disability; race or perceived race; or religion or perceived religion; or sexual orientation or perceived sexual orientation or transgender identity or perceived transgender identity."

Someone only has to perceive it & voila! it's a crime.

Muhd Mulhem is NOT  a terrorist, didnt drive and was nowhere near Bentley Drive = but the OZ Att-Gen pleaded that he was ( after he was told er he wasnt). The doctor is deprived of his licence and now having no job is deported. He cannot appeal because - he is not in Oz

The London GMC commented inter alia " yes yes we have an anti=terrorist fiunction!" - I commented inter alia "In that case London will burn"

Really Really separate activities are not within the reach of the GMC. An indian doctor was in trouble as a school governor and the GMC rubbed its hands....

High Ct told the GMC on appeal that school stuff was not to do with medical licensing

yes there really is case law on this. BUT you say, the GMC is not a court  of record so does not have precedent - yeah but no but - it cant be completely crazy ( even the GMC)
