Party for granddaughter teacake. I make a thing of it for her. I have loads of Lemax spooky town pieces including this one ..
Nope, no youngsters in the family.
Gonna sit on my doorstep and watch the Pendle Witches Display Team as they fly to and fro over Pendle on their broomsticks. Powered by carbon friendly magic, of course:-)
My DIL always goes overboard, decorating her place with everything & anything spooky!.

I'm off to Asda later, or in the morning to get wigs and hats for grand kids.
Just the usual, get sweets and small treats in for any kiddies that may knock on front door.
Nope...I ignore it.

Some of the grown ups dress up now as well.
Will have to see if carving pumpkins available
Fun for the little uns, worth all the effort x

I'm going to get some witches brooms to go with the wigs. They can pretend to go flying round the houses. :0)
I see on some US based sites I go on, that people start decorating their homes for the spooky season as early as now. I get it if you've got children/grandchildren, or have many who will come by on the day. But adults doing that...??
It's interesting as a few years ago, all this would have been frowned upon here.
Bit of fun I suppose pasta for the adults .. no dressing up for me though. Yes, I can also appreciate the night can take an annoying turn for some .. & that's very unfortunate.

That was a good trip, managed to get some pink and blue wigs, and witches brooms for the kids, so they look really scary. :0)))))
Nope, I hate Halloween. I'll stick the dog in the porch to scare away the trick or treaters, who round here are usually 16 year old idiots, not cute little 7 year olds.
No, no plans.
My daughter might do something for little grandson, but it won't be over the top. I do keep a few sweets in, just in case some children come by. We haven't had anybody last couple of years..
For many years I've gone out on Halloween to get away from the trick or treaters. It's become my habit to drive for 35 minutes to the largest Sainsbury's in the country (on the edge of Colchester) for my tea and a bit of shopping. Then, to fill up the time, I'd probably go window shopping in nearby stores, such as Smyth's Toys and PC World, before heading home again.

This year though, with Halloween falling on a Sunday, all of the stores will be closed. So I'll probably take a train into Ipswich, for a pizza at Bella Napoli and a pint or two in a pub. Anything to get out of the house!
BOO! That’s my Halloween sorted.
you must be really peed off no-one took your bait tc.
id keep the wigs if i were you - you could be a bit of a witch yourself
