Cold back

<FONT color=#000000>I often have to sit with my back facing the fire as it gets cold very quickly. Also just lately as the wheather has gotten colder i have been waking up in the middle of the night with a freezing back. I wear pyjamas and a fleece top so I don't understand why this keeps happening. </FONT>

Maybe your back is exposed in bed? try lying on your back and staying there! Or you could get a fleecy fitted blanket to go over your bed. Or you could get a bigger (tog) duvet which would generally be warmer...
