Try selinium tablets from health food shops, these will make your hair stronger. Or try your gp, see if there is anything they can suggest.

good luck xx

This could be, only could be, hormonal or diet amlnutrition.
I became intollerant to dairy and wheat products and my hair started falling out. Once I cut them from my diet, my hair started growing again. There are vitamins on the marketfor nails and hair. Becafreful as some are much bettr than others . I chose Solgar hair an nails which really did make a difference.you ned to have things in there to act a catalysts to activate the ingerients for th hair. not just the minerals by themselves. Some sell hair and nail tabkets and they are just vit B .
However You need to get it checked out . GP? though a tricologist , hair specialist is the way to go..
Dont bother with a healthfood shop allergy test they are proven to vbe incorrect and done just to sell you lots of expensive tat.
Take care
try taking kelp tablets ..you can get them from the health shop..and drink lots of nettle tea..that should do the trick..
best to see the doc if you haven't already as hair loss can be a symptom of under active thyroid. This is not dangerous, very treatable and more common than people think!

I agree with Pete- allergies can make your body do strange things if it doesn't like the food! Try doing carol vorderman's detox diet- you eliminate wheat, dairy, salt, sugar, alchohol, meat and caffeine for a few weeks. (Don't worry, you CAN still eat!!). Then see if your hair is slowly improving. You will feel ILL for the first 3 days as your body tries to get rid of toxins, and rebuild itself (like Robocop) and you may get a streaming nose but no cold- which again, is toxins coming out.

Eventually you will feel on top of the world with better skin, hair and energy levels. Other ailments may disappear too. Then you can introduce one food back in at a time for a couple of week and see how you feel.

I discovered that giving up dairy completely cured the constant "cold" I had had all my life- stuffy sinuses etc, and helped my skin and asthma.

It is certainly worth a try!
