Nope - done mine, my rear tyres looked like that they had been through a building-site, a nail in one - but the other, two nails, one broken screw and even an allen key, all fixed for £33.....
But I might go for a wander round the town in a few days time, once the initial rush is over, to see how the one way system is working. Also need a few bits for my gardening but ther are plenty of discount stores already open where I can get what I need.
Most stores where I'd want to buy non-essential items (such as B&M, Poundstretcher, our local hardware store, etc) have remained open throughout the lockdown anyway. I can't think of anything that I need in a great hurry from any other shops.
No. Working from home as usual so won't have time even if I wanted to. Might go next week to get some clothing for son who is fast growing out of what he's got.
No, but hopefully going to the coast tomorrow evening for a stroll along the prom whilst OH takes the dog on the beach and then getting some non essential fish and chips. I haven't done non essential shopping in actual shops for years now - just online!
I am quite disabled. Generally we do food shopping in shops, but not much else. And we use plastic to pay. I fine online shopping far more relaxing and much easier and have shopped online for years with no problems. I can think of better things to do than looking round shops! Besides that, apart from a very small local town quite near with very few shops, we have to travel 25 miles to get to a reasonable shopping centre.
Personally I won’t be going into a shop for non essential, or essential stuff for a very long time.
Having click and collect set up and working well, for food stuffs, there’s little else we can’t get online.
I don’t know why it’s ‘good’ to do proper shopping if you neither need to or want to :/
