Whats so good about teeth flossing?
Hardly ever floss my teeth, had very little dental work done.
Floss my teeth and end up with a mouth full off blood...?

Do you floss?
Do you bleed like a pig with haemophilia if you do?

It’s easier to use interdental brushes.
I am a bit lazy about it.
I'm also a bit lazy about it as well. It doesn't make me bleed though.
It is a pain Nails......but floss. Flossing is the best way to reduce plaque. Plaque is the main reason for your gums receding and exposing your teeth roots and for causing gum disease. Your gums are made of the same tissue as your heart. Look after them. Your gums are bleeding when you floss because you have a problem. Use the little floss harps or if you can stand it the tiny little flossing brushes. I know that I sometimes post things that are liable to raise hackles(Haha) but this is my best advice.
I floss every night. I tried those interdental brushes but couldn't get the hang of them
My dentist gives me hell if she thinks that I have been lazy with my care. As far as she is concerned the longer she gets me to keep my teeth the longer she can take money off me. Haha.
Hated them Ellie the harp watsits are easy peasy though. Will find a link.

Floss every night with "expanding floss"....don't bleed at all.
Bleeding points to plaque and bacterial build-up leading to inflammation. Flossing removes plaque, reduces inflammation and bleeding stops appearing - bleeding is normal until flossing has removed the problem.
Indeed
If you stick at the flossing then the bleeding should stop or least greatly ease.
Flossing reaches places brushes really can’t.
Floss at least once per day. Despite having an electric toothbrush, I find I still can get food particles lodged between my teeth. Floss takes care of that.
I use a water flosser, much better than either the brushes or the tape type floss.
My gums used to bleed particularly, when I had my teeth scaled. Was told to try the interdental brushes, found them easy to use and my gums stopped bleeding. I was very surprised but very pleased. Use them every day now.

These, also on Togo's link, are what I have used for years...Excellent, east to use, and are very efficient according to my dentist.
I use interdents brushes. Much better. You have to make sure you have the right size and not too big. Must not force them into gaps. They're brilliant.
I use the interdental brushes every night, before I brush my teeth. I never used to use them and when I did occasionally use them, I'd bleed quite a lot. This is a warning that your gums are not healthy ..... after having used the brushes for a little while, the bleeding stopped.

Think of your teeth as having five sides - the top, front, back and two sides. Three of the sides can be cleaned using your brush - front, back and top. The other two sides also need cleaning or else plaque will build up and cause a problem with the gums if not addressed. A quick brush with the interdental brushes will remove any plaque build up.

You might think your mouth is healthy, but the main cause of tooth loss is not tooth decay; but gum disease :(
If bleeding either you are being too rough, or your gums have a problem.
Try a water flosser.
Meanwhile gum inflamation issues are related to a higher risk of dementia. Probably best care for your gums.
I notice all the poor in africa have beautiful teeth & am sure they dont floss or own a toothbrush
